Clinical education and adherence solutions improve patient outcomes
Our clinical education and adherence solutions mitigate gaps in care, drive consistent messaging and deliver insights into pauses or discontinuations that drive up the cost of care. We utilize a model of precisely planned touchpoints through a blend of technology and disease-specific interactions to create a patient experience that is secure, engaging and measurable.
Compliance and Adherence
– Stratify patients based on adherence risk factors specific to disease state and program
– Increase or decrease communication cadence based on adherence risk and evolving disease progression or life stage

Patient and Provider Education and Training
Our team of more than 225 field nurse educators, covering every zip code in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, provides one-on-one, in-person patient and HCP education services and training—including injection training—on proper administration of medication.
– In-home – Field nurses perform in-home training visits with patients for instruction/training on medication administration/mixing, storage and maintenance. Visits include injection training, first dose observation and refresher training
– In-office – Field nurses visit physician offices and other sites of care to advise on field nurse services and answer questions specifically related to the brand and injection training. Nurses may provide product injection training to a physician or a physician’s staff member(s)
