Clinical Contact Center

– AssistRx Patient Solutions nurses take inbound calls from patients, affiliates and healthcare providers
– Inbound calls on compliance, adherence, questions about prescribed medication, dosing, disease state, insurance benefits, pharmacy refills
– Outbound adherence and compliance calls using motivational interviewing to engage the patient in conversations and assist them in reflecting upon successes and areas for improvement
– All program nurses are trained to recognize and correctly report adverse events and product quality complaints

Patient and Provider Education and Training

Our team of more than 225 field nurse educators, covering every zip code in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, provides one-on-one, in-person patient and HCP education services and training—including injection training—on proper administration of medication.

– In-home – Field nurses perform in-home training visits with patients for instruction/training on medication administration/mixing, storage and maintenance. Visits include injection training, first dose observation and refresher training
– In-office – Field nurses visit physician offices and other sites of care to advise on field nurse services and answer questions specifically related to the brand and injection training. Nurses may provide product injection training to a physician or a physician’s staff member(s)
